Paverpol Sculptures

I first discovered Paverpol when I was surfing the web for fabric sculptures. I had recently purchased a Golden paint product which was a textile hardner and I was wanting to find out what other people had done with it. I didn't find what I was looking for, but did find Paverpol. I recently have taken a class to become a CPI (Certified Paverpol Instructor), so any Paverpol sculptures you see here, you can take a class from me and I can teach you how to make it yourself!!! Paverpol is a fairly new product in the USA and it is amazing. The really is not limit as to what you can create with it--just use your imagination!

Below is my 2nd Paverpol sculpture made with paper. I have made several other sculptures using cotton fabric, but have found that I love working with paper better. You can get much better seamless detail with paper and it takes paint very nicely. This one is called Maiden Tree and stands 22 1/2" including her base.

Here is the first Paverpol sculpture I made using paper. I also added handmade paper beads to embellish her with, these are the larger beads you see in the photograph. Her name is Marigold and she stands 23" tall including her base.
